No smoking: Smoking inside the house should be strictly prohibited. If guests wish to smoke, they should be required to do so outside and away from the property or near the smoking bin in the backyard. This will include vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, etc. There will be a $400 dollar cleaning fee for smoking inside the property. When smoking outside in designated areas please properly dispose of any smoking products in designated smoking trash bins.
No parties or events: Guests are not permitted to host events or parties without prior permission from the host.
No loud noises after a certain time: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There will be a $250 noise complaint fee if 3 or more complaints occur.
No extra guests without prior approval: The rental should only be occupied by the guests listed in the reservation. Any additional guests should be pre-approved by the host. Any unauthorized guest will impose an additional fee.
